10 Angstrom CMOS Exploration
10ACe
The 10ACe project is an EU-funded initiative carried out by a consortium of 31 partners spanning the entire semiconductor value chain. The project is dedicated to developing technological solutions for the 10 Angstrom CMOS node, targeting advancements across chip design, lithography, process technology, and high-throughput process characterisation. It focuses on key innovations such as the development of monolithic Complementary Field Effect Transistors (mCFETs) and next-generation computational lithography solutions. By pushing the boundaries of semiconductor design and manufacturing, 10ACe aims to help the industry continue its pace of progress in line with Moore's Law.
